BANKSIE warrants this phone case purchased from banksie.au against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 6 months from the original purchase date by the original purchaser.

What's Covered

Manufacturing flaws, material defects, issues with printing/design (not fading from UV/wear), structural cracks (not from drops).

What's not Covered (Exclusions)

·        Accidental damage (drops, spills, scratches).

·        Normal wear and tear (scuffs, discoloration over time).

·        Damage from misuse, neglect, or unauthorized modifications.

·        Cases purchased from unauthorized resellers.

How to make a Claim

Please contact us at hi@banksie.au with your proof of purchase including your order number (e.g. your order confirmation). Please describe the defect in as much detail as possible and provide clear photos. 

Our Promise

If valid, we'll replace the phone case with the same or similar design within 10 business days of receiving the request.
