If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. The item must be in its original condition and packaging.

We will process your refund to your original payment method within 5 business days of receiving the returned item. 

Return shipping expenses are at the expense of the customer, except in cases where the product is faulty or you've received the wrong product.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use this number to monitor the status of your shipment through our designated courier's website.

We currently stock Apple iPhone, Samsung Galaxy and Google Pixel cases. Please take a look at our product page to check if we stock your phone model.

Please send us an email at: hi@banksie.au if you are interested in a case for a phone model that is not yet available on our website.  

We're so sorry this happened! Please take photos of the fault and send them to us at: hi@banksie.au as soon as possible (and within 30 days of delivery).

We will assess and then arrange for a new case to be delivered to you as soon as possible.
